Ethnology and Folklore Masters

In November 2014 I graduated with an MLitt in Ethnology and Folklore with Commendation from the Elphinstone Institute of the University of Aberdeen. My dissertation looked at South Ronaldsay Boys Ploughing Match, Orkney

World Voice

February 2015.  I joined the small World Voice freelance team in 2014 and have been introducing the World Songbook to teachers and practitioners. It’s a wonderful resource! See the British Council website for details.

Living Voices

The wonderful Living Voices project continues through Scottish Poetry Library! I belong to a  small team of freelancers who will be back in care settings facilitating / sharing songs, poems and stories.
